A new mod for Fallout 4 tweaks the lighting in the game through DirectX 11 with an aim to create more realistic, and less washed-out colors during the day and darker nights for a true wasteland experience.

Developed by SirGreenThumb, the TrueLighting mod, which can be found on the Fallout 4 Nexus, also lengthens the duration of the night so dusks and dawns don’t last quite as long.

Another mod, though, the 'Value per Weight' mod, which does not require an esp, did work. So i have played FO4 since it came out no problem with mods, also after the update back in November where mods were disabled. Recently i installed a new mod called 'place everywhere'. It didn't work, but i suspect it is because i had another mod conflicting with it which did the same thing, called 'simple intersections'.Anyway, later i switched over to survival, and so wanted to install the mod 'SOS - Sleep or Save', and the 'beantown' project while i was at it. When i tried to load my save again, a message popped up saying that it relied on plugins that were missing, and when i loaded the save, mods like 'PipBoyShadows' that has an esp didn't function at all. I enabled them all again, and even uninstalled every mod and installed them again, and rearranged the order to be sure, but the issue persisted.
